Maybe you are interested in losing weight / body fat and toning up, or maybe you’re already lean and want to put on some muscle. Maybe you want to increase your strength or your endurance, perhaps for a sport you’re involved in.The right health fitness book to choose will be one that corresponds most highly to your primary health and fitness goals.My personal goals are to lose body fat whilst increasing muscle and strength.
